The group meets on the 1st three Wednesday afternoons of each month. We are amateur artists of all different standards and using different media. We are self-tutored and help one another to improve our skills. Occasionally, we have demonstrations and work-shops from professional artists.

These two monthly groups meet to learn about all aspects of art and artists through discussion and presentation using resources such as books and DVDs. In addition visits may be made to current art exhibitions and permanent collections. Art Appreciation 1 meets in a member's house and Art appreciation 2 meets at St Margarets Parish Centre
